This week we practiced our cursive handwriting skills in a really exciting way! We used paint, sand and whiteboards to explore joining letters together!
The children are really enjoying the fresh air whilst learning the ‘ow’ spelling for the /oa/ sound and the ‘y’ spelling for the /ie/ sound. We each took a piece of chalk and practiced writing words on the ground outside.
