Ms. O’Neill’s Class fundraise for the Irish Guide Dogs!
Ms. O’Neill’s class in Scoil Chormaic CNS did a fundraiser for the Irish Guide Dogs. Luke in our class, recently got an assistance dog called Milo and the difference that Milo has made in Luke’s life is phenomenal. We did a 10km walk in the last fortnight of May and are so proud to have raised €1755 for the Irish Guide Dogs. This money will go towards training more dogs like Milo.
On 26th May, some fantastic volunteers from the Irish Guide Dogs brought their dogs to visit us. We met three working dogs and two puppies in training. We went for a walk with them and it was fascinating to hear how these wonderful dogs have made and continue to make, such an amazing difference in people’s lives.
We would like to say a big “thank you” to Tom O’Neill and Luke’s Mammy Georgina for arranging this special day!
We are so proud of all our boys and the fantastic amount of money they have raised. Thank you to all those who donated money to support us!
