The children of Scoil Chormaic CNS were delighted when the fire fighters of Balbriggan came with their Fire Engine to visit the school. The children had the opportunity to climb aboard the Fire engine and explore a variety of firefighting hose lines, nozzles, pumps, and valves.

As part of Aistear the children learn about people in our community, and their roles. The children compiled a list of questions to ask the firefighters all about their important duties in our community.
