As part of our multi-belief calendar we learned about Diwali- the festival of light.
Some of our learning activities included;
- Making lanterns
- Creating colourful Rangoli patterns on paper and pavement
- Exploring and experimenting with henna
- Learning about the festivities
- Creating diya lights through clay and paper craft
- Having a Diwali disco
- Doing a QR code treasure hunt around the school using the ipads
