Hope for Homeless donation with Mr. Dowling.

Mr. Dowling’s second class have been very kind and thoughtful this festive season. The pupils decided to fill a shoe box with food, toiletries, toys and clothes for the homeless across inner city Dublin. Each child decided whether they would create their shoe box for a boy or a girl aged between either 2-4, 4-8 or 8-12. They spend nearly 2 weeks gathering the supplies with their families. As you can see from the pictures below, the pupils are all chuffed with their hard work and they will make so many homeless children smile during the winter break. We also raised €470 for the charity during our Winter Coffee Morning. Many thanks for those who came, gave donations and devoted to their time to such a worthy cause.
