During February in GMGY, we discussed what makes us all unique. In one lesson, we focused on the features on our faces.

We each examined our partner’s face and told them about the features we noticed. Then we wrote a poem about our own face. There were a lot of different kinds of poems written e.g. acrostic poems, poems that rhyme and poems that don’t rhyme. Each one was amazing.

Here is a display of our work and a poster created by one of the children in our class. The poem on the poster was one that we read at the start of the lesson.
